AROMATHERAPY

Aromatherapy. A strong word with many connotations to it.
We may think of fragrant candles and store bought pot pourri. But 'aroma' 'therapy' is much more.
Aromatherapy is a natural, plant-based approach to the human body that has been around for centuries. Once upon a time, it was the Drs.' pharmacological medicine of choice. But as alternate methods, such as, chemicals and derivatives, arrived in science and medicine, the old, simple plant techniques fell out of popularity and need. The old, unpopular technique was used either by the very poor or the strict naturalists and was at one time considered quite unacceptable, except in cases of extreme poverty. But today, there is a resurgence to 'simplify' and that includes our medicines and cures and a curtailing of chemical ingestion and neuron numbness.

WHAT DISEASES DO MEN FEAR MOST?

My random sampling has shown me that men are most afraid of heart disease, prostate cancer, and diabetes.
Mainly I found that men felt a little out of control of their bodies. They don't quite think of their bodies the same way women do.

You And Your Pet Arabian.

When you look deeply into their big dark eyes, you see only one thing, friendship.
Some are lucky enough to ride the grand animal, others are fortunate enough to own one and few are privileged enough to breed them.

ADVENTURE BOOT CAMP FOR WOMEN
In Dunedin, Florida, they want to lose weight, tone up, increase endurance and get stronger.
These and others are among the motivations for 180 women who are taking part in an outdoor boot camp for women near St. Petersburg and Tampa, FL.
A year ago, Cathy Hensarling was ready for a change. She was on medications for high blood pressure and Diabetes Type II that made her feel even worse. And she had gained a lot of weight.

A TRANSCENDENTAL JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY
