Disease.The Big "C". Cancer, heart attacks, arthritis, etc. that's what we all fear. Each of us thinks about it every day. Do I have it? When will it be me? How did those guys get "it"? My mom had it, my sister has it, and I'm a waiting, ticking time bomb? My blood pressure rises every time I have to go to the Doctor, and I think he's going to give me some type of bad news. When I sleep I can feel my heartbeat pounding. My blood pressure reading is normal, but high, and I know I'm going to come down with a disease. "What's this? Is it a lump?" When will I know I have a disease? How does one even get cancer? How can I prevent myself and my loved one from getting cancer and heart disease and others????
