Apply it to your eyebrows: Gently apply opposite of your brow’s follicle growth. Then brush with an eyebrow brush or with an old toothbrush. First, brush up to your hairline, then smooth across the top-tips towards your ear, for a finished look. Apply to the corners of your eyes.
On the lower lid, start on the bottom corner and go on the inside about 1/8 to a ¼ of an inch inwardly. Ta Da! That little tid-bit of eyeliner will go a very, very long way. Now ad a pair of earrings and you are ready to not only answer the door, but to invite that person in for a chat! See, you really don’t have to hideout or hibernate anymore, just a touch of eyebrow pencil and you’ll feel pretty enough to say hello to the handsomest of callers.
