Dear Reader,
It's summertime and I wish you the most enjoyable of moments. I wish you fireworks galore and freedom.
And I wish you the best darn summertime ribs you could ever have. I'm telling you, this recipe for ribs in this issue will give you the push you need to never accept ribs cooked any other way.
This month we've filled the magazine with all sorts of food. Food for thought, food for your loved ones and food for those around you. So come on in and visit and read to your hearts content, day or night, while at work or at leisure, or while in a faraway land, we're here for you to read.
We've taken a lot of care and pride in what we've done and hope you enjoy reading it as much as we did putting it together.
I wish you freedom and self-peaceful moments.
Enjoy the read. Most Sincerely, Your Editor-In-Chief,
N. Goodman |

My Dear Reader,
This month we relish spring and remember and honor our fathers.
The men in our lives who taught us what masculinity was. The men we emulated and admired; our first heroes.
And now, as our lives have progressed, many of us are fathers. We now have a different understanding and a different relationship with our Dad's. We'll always be their "kid", only now, we love and think about them with a different admiration.
Show them, take a moment and let them know how much you appreciate them and the moments they have shared and how they have enriched your life. Time drifts by so quickly, that this will be the Father's Day, they may remember fondest of all.
Have a great Father's Day!
Enjoy your day, every day and enjoy the read!
Your Editor-In-Chief
